Is Swiffy free?
Yes, for clients and for providers. You pay nothing to use the app, talk to the assistant or contact providers.
How much does it cost to be a provider?
Nothing. Creating your profile, verifying your identity, appearing in search and talking to clients is free. Swiffy takes no commission on your jobs either.
How do I pay for the job?
Directly to the provider, however you agree. Swiffy does not process payments for services and takes no commission.
How are providers verified?
Every provider confirms their identity with an ID document and a photo of their face, through Didit, before appearing in the app. Verification adds safety but does not replace your judgement: read the reviews and talk to the provider before you agree anything.
Is the assistant a person?
No, it is an AI assistant. It looks for providers in Swiffy’s data, and the app always tells you that you are talking to an AI. If you prefer, you can search on your own.
Can I review a provider?
Yes, after talking to them in the chat, so reviews come from real contacts.
How do I become a provider?
Download the app, turn on Provider mode in your account and follow the three steps: terms, identity check and profile. It takes about 5 minutes.
Where does it work?
In Portugal. Each provider sets the area they cover, and the app shows you who is near you.
